Marchetti Flying Club - New York Adventure ...

Wednesday and Sunday Night ATC Sessions in the UK
"It was great!
Thanks, thanks a lot to the controllers who have been so kind to assist me and the other pilots. The only problem (aside from remembering what the controllers told me!) was the scenario... London has a massive impact on the framerate of my pc so sometimes the aircraft was sluggish.
Piloting, even with the assistance of the autopilot from time to time, listening to the controllers, doing what requested takes quite a bit of concentration, at least to me, but it is immensely fun.!"
"Well Roger it was an experience for all. Craig and I had a good time and we were eventually joined by Sergio who controlled EGLL tower. Flying and talking to ATC seemed to be a good experience for our new pilots and I think they will catch on quickly. Let's keep it going."
"Great fun and can't wait to do it again - Aspire ATC is relaxed, friendly and does not have any of the hard-to-learn stuffy attitudes or "we like to think we are a pro-flights server so join us then learn we are not" that is seen in many of the other so-called friendly communities - GO! Aspire!!"
